My Teaching Philosophy

About me

Good communication and its role in teaching

I consider that a good communication between a teacher and learners is built on a solid basis of good understanding, respect, and trust. In order to effectively estimate learners' wants and needs, the tutor must first understand learners and the place they are coming from. The tutor needs to be the first to open the doors of excellent communication, as not many moms and dads and trainees will show that effort. She/he needs to likewise be ready to communicate her/his own hopes to the students; having a genuine treatment towards her/his students and demonstrating a care for both their learning and their lives is crucial when doing this. When the teacher and students realise each other's objectives and points of view, the basement elements of mutual trust are developed. Both trainees and teachers strive for and are worthy of trust as human beings and individuals; tutors likewise strive for respect in the expert meaning but have to beware the way they set about it. As a teacher, I will adopt a position of management, but I do not wish to be an autocratic or tyrant. I will also be able to be a buddy and trustee to much of my trainees, but I do not want to cross the line of professionalism.

Teaching, learning and experience

I am sure that to stimulate knowing in the finest method possible, the instructor has to be passionate about the theme being learned, even if her or his learners are not. The tutor has to be the instructor for the students, and underline the pros about each trainee's work in a sincere way, alongside impartial criticism. She or he has to be willing to compromise and listen, yet be strong in her/his guarantees and choices.

An instructor is not just a tutor but a long-lasting learner. Therefore, she/he needs to also continue to build her or his wealth of professional understanding, taking additional courses, advancing her or his rate and going to seminars and lectures with fellow instructors to exchange ideas and theories and learn new things in order to provide her/his students the most up-to-date details available.

dealt with at this moment in my profession. I make sure that my mentor philosophy will change as I discover more as a young professional. That is among the benefits of being human; we are most likely to make mistakes, or discover something innovative, and make a change for the much better. I am excited about the future opportunities.
